Job Title: DIRECTOR, MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
Job Description: Fulltime management-level position. Supervises materials staff. Overseas negotiations of contracts with vendors. Responsible for supply chain management. Previous management and hospital experience required. Maintains inventory for hospital and clinics. Oversees departmental budget and inventory control measures. Position based in Aspen with warehouse staff in Carbondale.

Job Title: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Job Description: Up to 20 hours a week with possible FT opening. Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment. Administers treatments and occupational agents in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy. Minimum of three years of experience in all aspects of Occupational Therapy.

Job Title: RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED
Job Description: Fulltime. Three 12-hour night shifts per week. Minimum 2 years experience. BLS required, ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred. Highly motivated individual with the ability to work alone. Must be CRT or RRT. Will be working in ICU, ER, L&D, C-sections. Neonatal through adult and all aspects of critical care and trauma. AVH pays up to $6.00 additional per hour for night differentials.
