Instructions for accessing encrypted email messages:
- You have received an automated email message like the one below, indicating that someone has sent you an encrypted email message.
- To retrieve the encrypted message, click the link in the automated message (Aspen Valley Hospital’s Encrypted Messaging Server),
which will take you to a page like this one:
- Your email address should appear in the appropriate field automatically. If it doesn't, please enter it. Click the Register button,
which will take you to the next page:
- Check your email for a new message from Entrust, like the one below. This message will include the temporary password
you need to log in to the secure messaging server.
- Click the link in the message (Entrust Entelligence Messaging Server). This will take you back to the login page from step 3 above.
Enter your temporary password
and then click the Sign In button. At the next page, enter your first and last names, and create
a new password. In order for your password to be validated, all the red Xs under Password Rules must turn to green checkmarks.
When this step is completed, enter a password hint and then click the Save button.
- You should now be taken to the Welcome page for your account, which is similar to the Outlook interface
used for AVH email. Click the Inbox to view your encrypted email messages.
