Childbirth Classes
Call 544-1130. Classes include Childbirth Preparation; Mind, Body, and Baby; V.I.P. Sibling Class; Infant and Child CPR; and Breastfeeding Preparation.

Diabetes Classes
Diabetes Education for Type 1 or 2, gestational, or pre-diabetes conditions are on-going. For dates, times, and locations, contact Certified Diabetes Educator Mary Margaret O'Gara at 544-7394.

Support Groups

Cancer Support Group
Monthly meetings for the Cancer Support Group are held the second Tuesday of every month from 6 pm to 8 pm, at the Pitkin County Senior Center.

Grief and Loss Support Group
Meetings occur the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, at the Pitkin County Senior Center. These are open to anyone suffering from grief related to the death of a loved one.

Caregiver Support Group
Monthly meetings for Caregivers are held the third Wednesday of every month from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Pitkin County Senior Center.
